PREVENTION: NUTRITION AND TIPS

The process of nutrition is comprised of several steps: food intake, nutrient absorption and utilization makes the body of these. When properly carried, the body is ensuring the proper functioning of organs, cellular repair and energy that living beings need to develop daily activities. Everything we eat becomes medicine or toxic to our body.

  • Nutrition comprises the combined functions of countless substances.
  • Vitamin supplements are not the solution for good health.
  • There are no nutrients in animal foods that are better than the nutrients from plants.
  • Genes function only if activated or expressed, and nutrition plays a critical role in determining which genes, good or bad, they are expressed.

  • Good nutrition can substantially control the adverse effects of harmful chemicals.

  • The same nutrition that prevents disease in its early stages (before diagnosis) can also stop or reverse the disease in its later stages (after diagnosis).
  • The disease is truly beneficial for chronic disease can help heal another.
  • Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence. All parts are interconnected.

What to eat and how?

The keys are:

  • Eat slowly: a good chewing is achieved.
  • Do not pass food with liquid: liquid water preferably be taken 15 minutes before eating.

    8. – Brown foods like whole food grains, provides high fiber content (also present in fruits and vegetables) that helps digestion, and removes toxins and different own waste from the body.
  • Anticancer Ingredients

    1. – Green tea: Its leaves contain powerful antioxidants that help prevent cell damage.
    2. – Turmeric: is the queen of spices, is a powerful anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-cancer, is recommended daily in the diet, coupled with a pinch of black pepper to increase its capacity for action.

What not to eat:

  • Junk food, on the other hand,

    1. – Has a very high amount of refined sugars that stimulate excessive production of insulin and other factors that can promote the growth of cancer cells and their ability to invade healthy tissue. It contains an excessive amount of white flour, which in addition to not promote proper nutrition, increase the problem described in the previous section.
    2. – Have an excessive use of fried foods with vegetable soybean, sunflower, and corn and / or hydrogenated fats, which promote chronic inflammation, a factor that alters the immune response against cancer and promotes the development of some types of tumors.
    3. – It has a high content of processed meats such as ham, sausages, corned beef, besides containing excessive salt, have been directly related to the generation of colon and stomach cancer.
    4. – It is low in natural fiber, which reduces the benefits that this brings, among which is the at least partial reduction of the adverse effects of some foods.
    5. – It is stored and processed with techniques that adversely affect health. They are added preservatives and flavorings and is often cooked at high game using Teflon, plastic utensils (generators bisphenol A, BPA) and microwave oven, conditions that can be highly counterproductive.

General Recommendations

If we want to have good health, lots of vegetables, predominantly green leaf, accompanied by oil extra virgin first cold pressed olive, must always be in our diet. If seasoned with natural spices, such as oregano, and turmeric, and gentle cooking methods are favored over low heat and steam, we will strengthen the body’s own abilities. They can also be increased by eating live, fresh food, and raw several times a week.

On the other hand, if the red meat consumption is reduced to no more than 500 grams per week, and minimizes cured meats a week, improves the outlook. Nor should exceed the consumption of other meat or dairy, and is preferable latter consumption vegetal derivatives and goat instead of the cow. In our weekly diet, give priority to whole grains and legumes whole grain. Of course you should not miss the fruits of all kinds, alone or accompanied, of which are similar and compatible, and between meals various nuts (unsalted).
